I can see why you might be jealous....but I wouldn't be!

Brooke (eyeing Sirri's stuffed animals from the hospital.): "Sirri, did you like being in the hospital?"

Sirri: "No way. You do not even want to go there. It is stinkin' stinkin' hard. You have to get a shot in your hand and in your foot."

Brooke: "Oh."

Believe it, or not, my girls have had many moments over the years that they were jealous of their disabled brothers. I always assure them that in the years to come, they won't be.

All you would have to mention to my kids is "shots" and they will run screaming. By the way, I am dying at your knee injuring story. That is totally a kick me while I'm down sort of moment. I'm sorry for you and yet laughing at the same time. I'm sick.

Oh, that is so sad, but it made me laugh a little too! Glad she's home.

No kidding. I have to go to the hospital next week to have a baby. Although in this case I am happy to have the shots.

I am booked out for the weekend but I would love to meet you when you come up in October!
