Help Me Rhonda

Today I was cleaning the bathroom and jamming out to the Beach Boys. I know. I know. The Beach Boys. But hey, it gets me moving. (I used to love to clean to Paula Abdul's Cold Hearted Snake. Anyone have that CD? I'd love it.)

Anyway, I was busting out quite the rendition of Help Me Rhonda. Help help me Rhonda. All of a sudden, Connor comes running in from the other room.

"What mom! WHAT!"

"Nothing Connor. I didn't call you."

"But what's wrong? You were screaming for help."

Oh, what a sweet boy you are Connor! I know I'll always be able to depend on you little man!

Apparently my singing skills need some help too.

I'm sure he was responding to the "Help Me" part and NOT your singing.

That is too funny! When I sing that loud, no one comes running TO me - usually it's AWAY!

Yeah, well my daughter was singing, "Doncha wish your girlfriend was hot like me" this morning. What does that say about the music she hears around here? I think the Beach Boys is a better way to go.

my kids like heathen music like christie's. they hear it on the bus. isn't that awful?

this post was awesome. love that you have your own personal rescue hero.

Hey, I love The Beach Boys. There is no better summer music that has ever been made. It's like a bottle of sunshine and happy juice all in one.

He thought you were screaming for help. That is funny!
