There is this little trait that some of us have acquired from my mom (I think she aquired it from my Great Grandpa Hiatt. Is that right mom?) It sneaks out of us when we aren't looking BUT when we ARE concentrating really hard. Just the other day I saw it sneak right out of little Miss Sirri. I laughed, and of course took a picture.

Now THAT is really funny!! I will have to be more observant and catch the kiddos in the act. Great blog.
Now we need a picture of your mom doing it!
Hey, there workin' there! The intensity is so cute!
That is supposed to be they're not there. What kind of English teacher am I, anyway?
That is so funny!
I do that too!-- but my tounge is in the middle!-- my oldest, Logan does it too when he is consentrating very hard on something. My husband pointed out my tounge thing.... I had no idea I did it.... now I catch myself and just laugh!
Do you think "our" creator did it when he created the first woman?! I hope so! :o)
-- Great Blog! I enjoy reading them! I wish I could stay on top of mine! I'm working on it! --slowly but surely!
genes are amazing! maybe baby snap will have it too! his/her momma does! :) XOXOX
That is really cute. I love Baby's Meg's Baby Tongue. The only trait we pass on at our house is nose picking.
I bet Grandpa Hiatt is up there looking down and feeling happy as can be because his little great, great grandchildren have one of his traits!! I think there are quite a few of us who do!!!
Love You!
So cute...
Faith just discovered her tongue and it's so cute and soft. What happens to tongues when people get older? They totally age BADLY. They get spots and big huge creases in the middle. NOT APPEALING. I want my tongue to stay youthful.
It could be worse - they could have inherited Tourrette's or something less charming. Love the pics.
You can tell Sirri & Meg that their Aunt 'Bubbles' does the same darn thing! Might as well stock them up on chap stick now because when we have a REALLY BIG project, our lips can get really chapped! :) Happens waaaay to often! LOVE LOVE LOVE the pictures Lisa Marie! And LOVE LOVE LOVE ALL OF YOU TOO!! xoxo
That's funny. I thought only Charlie Brown did that.
We all have that trait over here too. It is so cute though. And Meg's bow in that last picture I just LOVE.
Our family traits are not nearly as adorable!
Rich just saw this and said, "Hey, that's you!"
