This and That

Today I have been feeling a little like this...

and, unfortunately, like this too...

so after having a house full of these...

and for the evening, not one of these...

and it was suddenly this....

and Sirri's bedroom looks like that...

I began to feel more and more like this...

So, what did I do?

THIS!

I told my kids that if they would sit on the couch, not get down, and watch this...

I would get the house back to looking more like that...

I know, I know. Great parenting skills. I'm sure it will win me one of these...

But would you look at those happy and obedient children. You can't beat that...

With the children finally doing this...

I battled over whether or not to do these...

Well, my OCD self won, and now the kitchen looks more like this...

And now I am off to take one of these...

And I'll read a little of this...

Then, maybe I'll feel a bit more like that...

You are good. Although you may want to entertain the idea that anything after 6:30 when Dad is gone is fair game for bedtime! That's what books are for...

I was really worried there wouldn't be any pictures of Meg again.

Annie is culture and your kids need to partake of it. Consider it a job well done. My husband isn't home either. Happy blogging to me.

Sounds like you had quite the night! I say a little Annie never hurt anyone...especially when it saves mom's sanity!

What a clever mind you have. You also have a lot of energy. I would have put the kids to bed and tackled the mess in the morning, or let Eli do it when he got home. =)

Can you come over and do my dishes too? I'm feeling a little like this :( myself and I really think it would help me feel a little more like this :0) Can't blame me for asking.

I wish I could show you the face I would make after reading a scrapbooking magazine. It would resemble more the first, than the last.

We ARE driving (me and all kiddies) but I would have a front seat, if you wanted to hop in!!

You are seriously too cute! What a great post. You are always so creative. I thought about you the whole time we were in Rexburg, which was a total of maybe two hours. We were there and then gone. My sis had to be home so it was a quick trip. Last time I was there was when I lived with you! Crazy huh?
