Typically when my children are playing well together and then I hear....NOTHING, SILENCE. It generally means trouble. Today this is what I found....

That's so great. When my boys were being quiet yesterday its because they stole some of the gingerbread house and were eating it behind the sofa.

They children were probably reading puberty books or something else secrety.
That is a terrific surprise! There is nothing that strikes fear to my heart than silence. Silence generally means something is going to be costing me time or money, and sometimes both.
There is something about your kids' heads that are so cute...especially all pouring over books like that.
